Terms of sale

These terms cover purchases from QuantaFinder LLC (“we”, “us”) through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and proofs

For personalized and custom work, we may email a digital proof. Production starts after you approve it. You are responsible for checking spelling, numbers, dates and layout on the proof. Colors and wood grain vary naturally between materials and batches, and screen colors differ from finished products.

Your artwork

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any artwork, photos, logos or text you send us, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may decline any order, including work we believe infringes trademarks or copyrights. We use your files only to make your order and keep them so you can reorder.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Instant prices and quotes are calculated from the details you provide; if your file differs significantly from what you entered (for example, a different size or coverage), we will contact you before production with a revised price or a refund. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Production times

Production times are estimates in business days and start after payment and proof approval. Shipping time is in addition to production time.

Customer-supplied items

When you send us an item to engrave or mark, we take care to test settings, but lasering can occasionally damage an item because of hidden coatings, defects or material variation. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, our liability for a customer-supplied item is limited to the price you paid us for the work on it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Labels and signs we make to your specifications must be checked by you for compliance with any codes or standards that apply to your installation.
