Shipping and returns

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping is a flat $9.95 per order, and free on orders of $150.00 or more. We email tracking details when your order ships.

Local pickup

Pickup in Houston is free. Choose it at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready and how to collect it.

Production time

Most items are made in 3–7 business days after payment and proof approval. Each product page shows its own estimate.

Problems with your order

If an item arrives damaged, or doesn’t match the approved proof, email quantafinder@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll remake it or refund you.

Returns

Because personalized and custom items are made for you, they can’t be returned for a change of mind. Unpersonalized items in new condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the customer.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund until production starts. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
